Claudia P. Osorio, Psy.D
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Claudia Osorio leads a team dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological evaluations. With a focus on forensic, immigration, and clinical psychology, Dr. Osorio offers specialized assessments such as psychosexual evaluations, domestic violence assessments, risk assessments, mitigation evaluations, and competency evaluations for court proceedings. Her practice also includes conducting immigration evaluations for hardship waivers, asylum, and other immigration related evaluations.

Dr. Osorio brings extensive clinical experience and specialized training to her role as a licensed psychologist. She embarked on her career in the mental health field in 2005, gaining valuable experience with diverse populations across various settings, including outpatient centers, child welfare agencies, non-profit organizations, and schools.
Dr. Osorio holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College (2009) and a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from Barcelona University (Education Online, 2011). She furthered her education at Albizu University, earning a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology (2016). She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Federal Medical Center in Devens, Massachusetts, followed by her postdoctoral training at the Massachusetts Treatment Center, Sex Offender Treatment Program.

Over the past decade, Dr. Osorio expanded her expertise through roles in federal and state correctional institutions and private practices. In these settings, she managed complex cases involving severe mental health issues, substance abuse, violence, and family court-related matters. Dr. Osorio possesses specialized training in assessing and managing risk for individuals convicted of sexual and violent crimes. She has also conducted evaluations for learning disorders, ADHD, and emotional disorders in adolescents and adults.

Dr. Osorio provides assessments in both English and Spanish. She is licensed in multiple states, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, and Virginia, and is also credentialed through PSYPACT (Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact), enabling her to serve clients in over 30 states. Dr. Osorio is a Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) vendor in Massachusetts.
