Psychosexual and Risk Assessments: Comprehensive evaluations to assess sexual recidivism, violence risk, and substance abuse offering vital insights for legal cases.
Competency to Stand Trial Evaluations and Criminal Responsibility: Evaluations to determine the client's capacity to participate in legal proceedings, and whether the client was mentally capable of understanding the nature of their actions and distinguishing right from wrong at the time of an alleged offense.
Presentence and Mitigation Evaluations: Assessments to provide insights into personal and contextual factors to inform sentencing decisions.
Additional Evaluations: We offer Domestic Violence Evaluations, Parental Fitness Evaluations, and Fit for Duty Evaluations.
